Leslie Garrod is a 200RYT from Kalamazoo, Michigan, recently moving to Willmar with her husband Steve and leaving behind her twin 18 year old daughters (Hannah and Emily) to attempt “adulting” on their own! Leslie has been in the fitness industry for 22 years. Yoga has helped her through some tough health issues and has brought peace and balance to her life. Leslie is known for her knowledgeable, non-judgmental and FUN approach to yoga practice AND her passion for teaching.
Leslie became a certified fitness instructor in 1995, and a certified personal trainer in 2009. She has a passion for givingthe gift of fitness to others. After rediscovering yoga in 2010, Leslie realized that this was the final piece not only to her own personal ‘puzzle’, but to herprofessional ‘puzzle’ as well. She received her RYT (200) certification through Intentional Yoga in Kalamazoo, MI.
