Eat & Run IRL

On 5-Saturdays, we’ll practice yoga, discuss the book Eat and Run plus eat food created from recipes in the book. That's after the optional pre-mapped NEW 5k prior to class; all can start the walk/run at any time each Saturday to make it in time for the 9:45AM class time. Web sessions are private Facebook Live sessions. Studio classes will alternate between Balance Studio in New London and headstands everywhere in Willmar, with Week 1 in Willmar, Week 2 in New London, and so-on. Hard-copy of book provided to first five registrants.
