Pelvic Floor & Hips Galore Mini-Retreat

Spend a few hours on Governor's Fish Opener weekend on YOU. Feel amazing, empowered, and strong and participate in a mini-retreat that will improve your life, starting that very day. You'll learn and practice in a safe, comfortable environment with other women 18+.

Here's what our team of professionals will do:

* Educate you about your pelvic floor.

* Teach you and lead you in a pelvic floor practice to improve gastrointestinal, sexual and reproductive, orthopedic, neurological, and dermatologic concerns.

* Educate you about your hips and help set mobility expectations.

* Teach you and lead you in a yogic movement practice that will aid in hip improving long-term mobility.

Class size is extremely limited so please register to secure your spot. Registration gives admission to the mini-retreat which includes expert instruction in pelvic floor therapy and yoga, a take-away tool that you can use at home for your pelvic floor exercises (an actual physical item), a take-away book on hip mobility and flexibility that includes techniques you can use every day to keep your hips in their best possible shape, delicious catered lunch from New London's hottest new restaurant Model Citizen, beverages (coffee, water, end of class glass of red, white, or sparkling wine), and 12-months free access to en exclusive online community dedicated to improving your pelvic floor health and hip mobility where you can learn about additional techniques for both. This workshop will be at headstands everywhere studio in Willmar, on MinnWest campus.
