Women's Gratitude Sangha Event

We gather and practice, focusing on cultivating gratitude while honoring and nurturing the sacred bond between women. Together, we ground ourselves in the realities of the human experience and commit to long-term gratitude journaling; experiencing restorative yoga, learning meditative techniques that you can use in daily life, and collectively, committing to practicing gratitude daily. Every woman is welcome.

Each time we meet, we will have a theme that serves as a focal point for contemplation and self-inquiry. We will use yoga and meditation as tools to practice self-awareness and to cultivate sensitivity and compassion on our own unique journeys. At the end of each practice, there is the option for discussion about how your yoga practice serves you off the mat and in your daily life (and perhaps mimosa and bloody marys). By sharing our stories, we may inspire others to live more joyously!

This workshop is intended for all levels of yoga practitioners -- beginners and experienced yoginis welcome.
